We’re looking for a motivated, people-focused professional to join our team in a fast-paced role centered around client relationships, business growth, and operational support.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, following up consistently, and helping move opportunities forward. You’ll work closely with clients, prospects, and internal teams to drive growth while ensuring a smooth customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Relationship Management:
  • Conduct outreach to prospective clients through phone, email, and follow-up communication.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Track leads, client interactions, and follow-up activity to ensure no opportunities are missed.
  • Help identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Support the onboarding process and maintain a positive client experience.
  • Assist leadership with business development initiatives and client retention efforts.

Operations & Account Coordination:
  • Review account details and ensure accurate processing and documentation.
  • Help resolve client questions related to billing, scheduling, or account issues.
  • Coordinate internally with different departments to keep workflows moving efficiently.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding items.
  • Identify problems proactively and help drive solutions.
