In our early years, our founders built outpatient services for seniors, and quickly learned that the biggest barrier to good care wasn't quality. It was getting there. Patients were skipping appointments simply because the commute was too hard.
So we brought care home instead. What began as a solution to a scheduling problem became a movement rooted in genuine relationships, the kind where you become a trusted name in someone's family, not just a provider on a schedule.
