With a growing national footprint and an established presence in Hawaii, we're expanding our reach across Oahu and looking for the right person to help lead that growth.
The opportunity
This is a relationship-driven business development role for someone who excels at building strategic partnerships, cultivating referral networks, and driving brand awareness through direct community engagement. Based in Oahu, you'll connect with local healthcare providers and serve as the face of Stern across the island to support our mission of delivering care where patients need it most.
What you'll do:
- Develop and execute a local marketing and outreach strategy to grow Stern's referral base across Oahu.
- Build and maintain relationships with physician offices, senior centers, and healthcare networks to drive consistent patient referrals.
- Schedule and lead provider meetings to educate clinicians on the value of home-based therapy.
What we're looking for:
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or community outreach. Ideally in healthcare, home health, or a service-based industry.
- Strong communicator who can build trust and rapport with physicians, community partners, and patients alike.
- A self-starter who takes ownership of their pipeline and can work independently with minimal oversight.
- Proven track record of developing new relationships and growing presence in emerging markets.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred, but not required.
