In-Office Operations & Client Support Coordinator
Location: In-office (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
Schedule: Full-time.

We’re seeking a detail-oriented, solutions-driven professional to join our team in a dynamic role that blends client support, operational problem-solving, and light sales support.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives on figuring things out, staying organized, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. You’ll play a key role in keeping both client relationships and internal processes running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Client & Sales Support:
- Assist with outreach and communication to prospective and existing clients.
- Maintain consistent follow-up and ensure a seamless client experience.
- Support relationship-building efforts and help drive business growth.
- Track communications and maintain organized records.
Operations & Financial Coordination:
- Review account details and identify discrepancies or issues.
- Communicate with clients to resolve billing or account-related questions.
- Coordinate internally to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Maintain clear, accurate documentation across systems.
