What You’ll Do:
- Provide 1:1 therapy sessions in patients’ homes
- Evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric population
- Create and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain clear and timely documentation
- Collaborate with a supportive clinical team

Qualifications:
- Licensed OT in the state of Hawaii
- Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Home health experience (preferred, not required)
- Reliable transportation
