Part-Time Occupational Therapist – Local Territory, Facility Patients - Minimal Travel

Stern at Home Therapy is hiring a Part-Time Occupational Therapist to provide care within facilities in the Huntington & East Northport area. This role is structured to offer a consistent caseload with minimal travel, allowing you to focus on patient care rather than long commute times.

Territory Coverage:
  •  ADCs.
  •  East North Point & Hunting Station.
Responsibilities:
  •  Provide skilled occupational therapy services in assisted living and community-based settings.
  •  Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner. 
  •  Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams.
