What You'll Do:
- You'll evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric patient population in their homes throughout Long Branch and surrounding Monmouth County communities, developing individualized treatment plans while maintaining full clinical autonomy.
- Our administrative team manages scheduling, patient coordination, and documentation support so you can focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
- Shadowing opportunities are available for therapists who are newer to home health or want to experience our model before getting started.
- Our Stern Scheduling Assurance Plan helps keep your schedule consistent. If we're unable to replace a cancelled visit, you'll be paid for up to two cancellations per month.

Compensation:
- W2 Part-Time.
- $60–$65 per visit.
- 1099 Part-Time.
- $72–$85 per visit.

Qualifications:
- Active New Jersey Occupational Therapist license (required).
