Stern at Home Therapy is hiring Occupational Therapists (OTs) to provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes throughout Rockland County, NY.

Full-time Occupational Therapists working under our 1099 visit-based pay brackets model can earn up to $145,000 annually, based on visit volume.

Treat one patient at a time, manage your availability, and provide individualized care without the double-booking, productivity quotas, and clinic burnout common in traditional outpatient settings.

What You'll Do:

As a Occupational Therapist with Stern at Home Therapy, you will evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric patient population in their homes throughout Rockland County.

Responsibilities include:

Perform occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
Provide one-on-one treatments based on each patient's functional needs and goals.
Manage individualized treatment plans with clinical autonomy.
Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, safety, and overall function.
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Communicate with patients, families, physicians, and members of the clinical team.
Coordinate with our administrative team regarding scheduling, patient care, and logistics.
Manage your caseload based on your availability and employment structure.

Compensation:

Part-Time W-2: $55–$65 per visit, based on experience. | $75 per evaluation.
W-2 Visit-Based Pay Brackets: $55–$70 per follow-up visit | $75 per evaluation.
Visit-based pay brackets: Visits are paid according to the bracket they fall into. The higher rate applies only to visits within the higher bracket.
1099 Visit-Based Pay Brackets: $70–$80 per follow-up visit | $85 per evaluation — earn up to $145,000 annually.

Full-Time Salary: $92,000–$110,000 annually.
