Occupational Therapist (OT) – Home Health | Poughkeepsie, NY | Part-Time | $55–$65 Per Visit.

Stern at Home Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes across the Poughkeepsie, NY area.

What You'll Do:
As an Occupational Therapist with Stern at Home Therapy, you will evaluate and treat patients in their homes throughout the Poughkeepsie, NY area.

Responsibilities include:
  • Perform occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
  • Provide one-on-one treatments based on each patient's functional needs and goals.
  • Help patients improve independence, safety, mobility, and daily function.
  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Communicate with patients, families, physicians, and members of the clinical team.
  • Coordinate with our administrative team regarding scheduling, patient care, and logistics.
  • Manage your caseload based on your availability and patient needs.

Compensation:
Part-Time W-2:
  • $55–$65 per visit, based on experience.
  • $75 per 4-unit evaluation.

Qualifications:
  • Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in New York required.
  • Reliable transportation required.
  • Strong clinical, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a home-based setting.
  • Home health experience is preferred but not required.
