Part-Time Physical Therapist – Local Territory, Facility Patients - Minimal Travel

Stern at Home Therapy is hiring a Part-Time Physical Therapist to provide care within a defined local territory in the Braintree area. This role is structured to offer a consistent caseload with minimal travel, allowing you to focus on patient care rather than long commute times.

Territory Coverage:
  •  VATRA ADHC.
  •  Braintree area .
  •  Nearby community patients.
Responsibilities:
  •  Provide skilled physical therapy services in assisted living and community-based settings.
  •  Manage a consistent caseload within a designated geographic area.
  •  Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner. 
  •  Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams.

Compensation.

Qualifications:
  •  Active MA Physical Therapist license.
  • Degree in Physical Therapy.
