What You’ll Do:
- Provide 1:1 therapy sessions in patients’ homes.
- Evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric population.
- Create and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain clear and timely documentation.
- Collaborate with a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications:
- Licensed PT in the state of GA.
- Degree in Physical Therapy.
