THE EARNINGS & MODEL YOU DESERVE:
- Per-visit rates ranging from $55–$75, based on experience and insurance needs.
- Tiered pay model – earn more as you take on more visits:
- Tier 1 (1–20 visits/week): base rate.
- Tier 2 (21–32 visits/week): +$5 per visit.
- Tier 3 (33–40 visits/week): +$5 per visit.
- Full-time salary range: $92K–$110K, based on experience and insurance needs.
- Faster onboarding = faster earnings (start within ~2 weeks).
THE CASELOAD YOU NEED Stern Scheduling Assurance Plan. We're confident we can fill your schedule. If we can't:
- Get paid for up to 2 cancellations per month that we're unable to replace
THE SUPPORT YOU DESERVE:

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Degree in Physical Therapy.
- Active NJ license.
- Minimum 1 year of U.S. clinical experience (home care preferred)
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong communication and bedside manner.
