THE EARNINGS & MODEL YOU DESERVE:
- Per-visit rates range from $60–$85, based on experience and employment type.
- Faster onboarding = faster earnings (start within ~2 weeks).
THE CASELOAD YOU NEED:
Stern Scheduling Assurance Plan: We're confident we can fill your schedule. If we can't:
- Get paid for up to 2 cancellations per month that we're unable to replace.
THE SUPPORT YOU DESERVE:
- Dedicated admin team handles scheduling, documentation support, and coordination.
- You focus on patient care. We handle the rest.
- New to home care or just want extra confidence before going solo? Shadowing is available to everyone — no questions asked.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Degree in Physical Therapy.
- Active NY license.
- Minimum 1 year of U.S. clinical experience (home care preferred).
- Ability to travel throughout Manhattan via public transit.
- Strong communication and bedside manner.
