What the Job Looks Like:
You'll deliver one-on-one physical therapy at a single facility in Port Jervis, working with a consistent, pre-established patient caseload under supervision. No travel between patients, no home visits. Your schedule is flexible and built around your availability, with a dedicated admin team handling coordination and documentation support behind the scenes. Shadowing is available if you'd like to see the setup before committing.

What We're Looking For:
  • Active PT license in New York (required).
