Physical Therapist (PT) – Home Health & Facility | Ossining, NY | Full-Time | $55–$85/Visit
Are you a licensed PT ready to leave behind the double-booking, productivity quotas, and clinic burnout? Stern at Home Therapy is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to deliver one-on-one care in patients' homes across Ossining and upper Westchester County, NY — with potential for additional facility-based visits to round out your caseload.

What the Job Looks Like:
You'll evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric population in their homes across Ossining and surrounding Westchester communities, creating and executing your own individualized treatment plans with full clinical autonomy. For the right candidate, there is also potential for facility-based visits to supplement your home health caseload — giving you variety and scheduling flexibility within a single role. A dedicated admin team manages scheduling, documentation support, and coordination — you focus on the patient in front of you. Shadowing is available if you're newer to home health or just want to see the model before committing.
Our Stern Scheduling Assurance Plan backs up our promise to keep your caseload full: if we can't fill your schedule and can't replace a cancellation, you get paid for up to 2 cancellations per month.

What We're Looking For:
- Active PT license in New York (required).
- Reliable transportation or public transit (required).
- Minimum 1 year of U.S. clinical experience (preferred).
- CPR certification (preferred).
- Home health experience preferred — not required.
- Strong communication and bedside manner.
