Physical Therapist (PT) – Home Health | Middletown, NY | PRN / Part-Time / Full-Time | $55–$75/Visit

Stern at Home Therapy is hiring Physical Therapists at all commitment levels — PRN, part-time, and full-time — to deliver one-on-one care in patients' homes across Middletown and Orange County, NY.

What the Job Looks Like:
You'll evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric population in their homes across Middletown and surrounding Orange County communities, creating and executing your own individualized treatment plans with full clinical autonomy. A dedicated admin team manages scheduling, documentation support, and coordination — you focus on the patient in front of you. New to home care or just want extra confidence before going solo? Shadowing is available to everyone, no questions asked.

Our Stern Scheduling Assurance Plan backs up our promise to keep your caseload full: if we can't fill your schedule and can't replace a cancellation, you get paid for up to 2 cancellations per month.

What We're Looking For:
  • Active PT license in New York (required).
  • Reliable transportation (required).
  • Minimum 1 year of U.S. clinical experience (preferred).
  • CPR certification (preferred).
  • Home health experience preferred — not required.
  • Strong communication and bedside manner.
