Physical Therapist (PT) – Home Health | Stockbridge, GA | PRN (1099) | $72/Follow-Up | $85/Evaluation

Are you a licensed PT in Georgia looking for true PRN flexibility that actually pays well — no clinic politics, no double-booking, no productivity pressure? Stern at Home Therapy is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist to deliver one-on-one care in patients' homes across Stockbridge and Henry County, GA.

About Stern at Home Therapy:
We're a home therapy practice built around a simple belief: clinicians do their best work when they have real autonomy. No minimums, no pressure — just meaningful 1:1 care on your schedule.

What the Job Looks Like:
You'll evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric population in their homes across Stockbridge and surrounding Henry County communities, creating and executing your own individualized treatment plans with full clinical autonomy. A dedicated admin team manages scheduling, documentation support, and coordination — you focus on the patient in front of you. New to home care or just want extra confidence before going solo? Shadowing is available to everyone, no questions asked.

About Stern At Home Therapy
Here's the revised version with the dashes removed:

About Us
At Stern at Home Therapy, we believe great care starts with taking care of the people who provide it. Our mission is simple: deliver exceptional therapy in the place patients feel safest, home. But we can't do that without building an environment where our therapists feel supported, valued, and empowered to do their best work.

For Our Therapists
You're not just staff here; you're the driving force behind our vision. That's why we invest heavily in the tools, mentorship, and resources you need to grow, whether you're just starting or leading a specialty practice. We celebrate wins, encourage professional development, and make sure you have what you need to focus on what matters most: your patients.

For Our Patients
Every therapy plan we build is custom, because no two recoveries look the same. We focus on real comfort and real progress, not one-size-fits-all treatment.

For Our Partners
Our medical associates and partner organizations count on us for financial reliability and consistent, dependable care delivery. That stability is part of what makes Stern a place people want to build a career.

Our Story
Stern at Home Therapy didn't start with a business plan. It started with listening. In our early years, our founders built outpatient services for seniors, and quickly learned that the biggest barrier to good care wasn't quality. It was getting there. Patients were skipping appointments simply because the commute was too hard.
So we brought care home instead. What began as a solution to a scheduling problem became a movement rooted in genuine relationships, the kind where you become a trusted name in someone's family, not just a provider on a schedule.

Years later, that same philosophy drives everything we do. We've grown, but we haven't forgotten why we started: because convenience and connection shouldn't be trade-offs in healthcare, and neither should having a job you actually love.
