Stern at Home Therapy is actively hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support patients throughout the Monsey and Spring Valley areas of Rockland County.

This opportunity is ideal for a PTA who values flexibility, autonomy, strong earning potential, and consistent local patient volume without long commutes across multiple counties.

You’ll provide one-on-one therapy services in patients’ homes while working closely with a remote supervising Physical Therapists and an experienced clinical support team.

What You’ll Do:

Provide physical therapy treatment under the direction of a supervising PT.
Treat patients in home and community-based settings.
